This is a reality game that combines the features of a traditional quest room (logic puzzles and riddles) with elements of excursions to the most interesting places in Barcelona and Girona. This is a great way to get acquainted with the culture, architecture and history of these ancient cities, as well as discover the secrets and legends that lie behind their walls - in an unusual format of a dynamic and emotionally rich game

Our quests are an innovative, surprising and incredibly interesting way to have fun in good company, be it family, friends or colleagues who practice team building. Solving logical puzzles and finding answers promotes unity among players and helps to get out of the usual routine of everyday tasks. Moreover it strengthens team spirit, which is important for increasing employee performance, establishing trusting relationships in the company and reducing stress levels.

City quests in Barcelona and Girona from GAM Agency are designed for groups from 2 to 6 people. In the case of a group having from 7 to 9 players, an additional payment is taken for each additional player. When more than 10 people take part in the quest, the players are divided into 2 groups or more, depending on the total number of participants.

The average cost of the quest is 90€ per group. Depending on the version of the game (classic or contactless), difficulty level and number of participants, the price may vary.

From the age of 14. Players under 14 years old take part in the quest accompanied by at least one adult.

Under no circumstances will players be allowed to participate while under the influence of alcohol or any other form of intoxication.

We will provide you with everything you need to complete the quest before the game starts. You don't need to worry about anything. To complete the game, at least one player on the team must have a charged smartphone with Internet connection.
We remind you that our quests are outdoor games with a minimum duration of about 2 hours, so we recommend (especially in hot weather) to take water, a hat, and sunscreen.

Our escapes in Barcelona and Girona are currently available in Spanish, English and Russian.

GAM Agency opening hours in Barcelona and Girona are from 9:00 to 21:00 (last escape can be booked at 19:00). We are open all days of the week. We recommend playing our escapes during daylight hours, since due to reduced visibility in the dark, some elements necessary to solve the riddles can be quite difficult to notice and understand.

To make a reservation, you must go to the page of the quest you are interested in on our website. There you will find all the necessary information.
After receiving your request our admistrator contacts you to confirm the date and the time of the game. Our recommendation is to reserve the "Classic" version with enough advance to ensure the availability of our game masters.

All city quests must be booked at least 12 hours before they start. The booking system on our website is designed in such a way that any booking you wish to make is only possible within this minimum period of time.
If you would like to make a last minute booking less than 12 hours before the start of your chosen quest, please contact us here or send us an email for information on the availability of this game at your chosen time.

Once we have made your booking, we will provide you with all the details about the start of the quest.

Yes, but it is required that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your chosen date and time. When booking, you will need to indicate (in the Message field) who the gift is from (family, friends, etc.) and to whom it is addressed (name of person or persons) so that we can prepare the gift certificate

We have currently set up three payment methods:
- Bank transfer to a Spanish bank account
- Payment in cash on the day of the game before the game starts (prepayment may be required to complete the booking)
- Bizum
Once you submit your booking request, we will provide you with all the information you need for payment.
Important: the entire amount must be paid in one payment and, in case of payment in cash, please provide the exact amount due as our operators will not be able to give you change.

Date and time can be changed at least 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the quest.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation is made 3 days before the start of the quest (72 hours), the full cost of the game will be refunded.
If you cancel 2 days in advance (48 hours), there is no refund, but we offer you the opportunity to book the same quest on a day and time convenient for you if the selected day and time is not occupied.
If cancellation occurs less than 2 days in advance (less than 48 hours) or at the last minute, no refund will be given.

Yes, GAM Agency has the right to cancel the quest if it considers the delay unreasonable. However, if the delay is less than 20 minutes, the game is not cancelled, but the game time is reduced. Otherwise, we will cancel the game without the possibility of a refund.

Yes, to complete the quest you do not need to perform any extreme actions, climb walls/ledges, use force or perform any actions that could result in injury. Players must be careful when going through the quest route: pay attention to the environment, people, animals, vehicles; be vigilant when crossing the roadway and using city stairs. The GAM Agency team is not responsible for injuries received by players during quests.
